The offer falls into four groups. Cleaning of flats and houses, priced by the number of rooms and bathrooms, minimum order 959 CZK. Extraction cleaning of furniture and carpets — a sofa 825 CZK, a double mattress 1 100 CZK, carpet 89 CZK per square metre, minimum 650 CZK. Cleaning after renovation at 39 CZK per square metre with a 1 000 CZK minimum. And the handyman: small repairs, assembly and electrical work from 150 CZK for changing a bulb.
Most orders are not one service but a combination. The commonest pair is a routine clean plus window washing at 199 CZK a window — one call-out instead of two. Before a flat is handed back, the inside of the oven at 319 CZK and the extractor hood at 319 CZK are added, because those are exactly what the landlord looks at. In furnished rentals mattress cleaning is attached so the flat is finished in a single visit.
Prague has two clear waves. In June and September students move, and owners of flats around the campus on Bory need the clean to fall between one tenant leaving and the next arriving, usually against a fixed handover date. The second wave comes after winter, when window cleaning is booked en masse. In those weeks free slots go quickly, so it is worth booking ahead. We work on Saturdays too.
If you are unsure what to order, start with the base clean and add extras once it is clear what is actually needed — that comes out cheaper than ordering everything and using half of it. If a flat has not been cleaned for a long time, say so in the note: we set aside more time in advance instead of stretching the appointment on the day. Prices are fixed and the sum does not change during the clean.
Post-renovation cleaning differs from the routine kind in method, not only in price: construction dust is removed dry and in several passes, because fine particles settle again. Furniture cleaning is wet work and is scheduled so the piece dries by evening. The handyman covers what has nothing to do with cleaning — a shelf, a tap, a door that needs adjusting. If you are not sure where your job fits, describe it in your own words in the note; we will classify it and quote before we start.
The form takes a few minutes. Afterwards you get a confirmation e-mail with links to pay, amend or cancel. You pay by card or in cash after the clean; we take no deposit. Companies are invoiced by transfer, and for regular work in a single monthly invoice. Travel to villages outside Prague may carry a surcharge — you see it in the order once you enter the address, not later on the invoice.
