Overall, the lady was very nice and did a good job. I would have preferred that she would’ve taken a bit more time to do my apartment, it felt a bit rushed. She could have done a better job dusting. But overall, the job was done, she changed my sheets and did a great job with my balcony (that needed serious cleaning!).
