Not super clean. After inspection, the cleaner had to re-clean the kitchen floor that was still dirty, a bathroom, and clean a window that was not cleaned at all.

Dobrý den, tento úklid patřil k těm nejslabším. Paní sice byla ochotná, pokud jsem ji požádala, ale musela jsem ji upomenout, aby dokončila práci tam, kde byla jen na půl. Např. umyla podlahu a zanechal na ni čmouhy, utřela prach a nechala na polici také čmouhy, po žehlení v obývacím pokoji neutřela prach vůbec. Skleničky umyla v rukou a zůstaly špinavé atd. Příště k nám tuto paní a paní Larysu Holovko z předchozího úklidu již neposílejte, ta také uklidila jen trochu. Děkujeme. S pozdravem Petra Soumar

After the completion of the order, we will automatically create the next one for the same time in one/two or four weeks, depending on your chosen regularity. The same contractor will be assigned to the cleaning (if you rated the cleaning with 5 stars)

After the cleaning is completed, you will receive an SMS with the date and time of the next cleaning (and a link to edit the cleaning parameters). We will also send a cleaning reminder 2 days before the scheduled date

We do not have prepayment, cleaning is paid after completion by card or cash. If you cancel the next cleaning (you can do this up to 16 hours before the start), there are no penalties. The subscription can be renewed at any time
